With the Nissan Driver's Guide, accessing detailed information about specific buttons or switches is simple. Just use your smartphone's camera to focus on the desired object or area, and an interactive pop-up will appear on your screen. With a single touch, you can quickly access the information you need.
In the event of a warning light appearing on your vehicle's combination meter, the Nissan Driver's Guide offers quick access to additional information. Just point your phone's camera at the combination meter and touch the screen to access explanations for all warning lights. Alternatively, you can also select the dedicated warning light icon on the main screen.
This user-friendly application provides the following features:
<ol>
 <li>An Augmented Reality function that utilizes the camera of your smartphone to recognize various areas of your vehicle, including the steering wheel, navigation and audio system, and climate control system.</li>
 <li>Clear descriptions of all warning lights displayed on your vehicle's combination meter.</li>
 <li>An electronic version of the Quick Reference Guide, offering a concise overview of various important features of your vehicle, including instructions for dealing with a flat tire.</li>
</ol>
Keep in mind that the Augmented Reality feature interacts with the following buttons and systems:
<ol>
 <li>Steering wheel buttons</li>
 <li>Audio system buttons</li>
 <li>Navigation system buttons</li>
 <li>Air conditioning buttons</li>
 <li>Parking brake button</li>
 <li>Combination meter</li>
 <li>Start/Stop engine button</li>
 <li>Buttons located between the steering wheel and the driver's door</li>
</ol>
To maximize the effectiveness of the Augmented Reality feature, please consider the following:
<ul>
 <li>Ensure you are using the application in well-lit conditions.</li>
 <li>Always focus the camera on the entire button area of your vehicle. For example, when capturing the climate control and radio panel, make sure all buttons are visible within the screen.</li>
 <li>If the camera initially fails to recognize the button area, try pointing it at the area again or move slowly back and forth until the camera detects the element.</li>
 <li>Note that reflections on the dashboard surface or direct sunlight on the camera lens can interfere with the functionality of the Augmented Reality feature.</li>
